(hereinafter, Solunion Seguros) makes available to users. Access to and use of the website https://misolunion.solunionseguros.net  and all the subdomains and directories included under it (hereinafter jointly referred to as the Portal), as well as the services that can be obtained through it, are subject to the terms stipulated in this Legal Notice.

Therefore, if you do not agree with the considerations detailed therein, please do not use the Portal, as any use of the Portal or of the services included therein will imply acceptance of the legal terms contained in this text.

Terms of Use

This website aims to provide information about Solunion Seguros and the products and services it offers free of charge and without prior registration, without prejudice to the possibility of requiring prior registration to access certain information, as well as allowing Insured Parties who meet the conditions established for this purpose to access online services for the management of their policies through the restricted area.

The user is obliged to make good use of the website, being understood as good use that which is in accordance with current legislation, good faith and public order.

In turn, the user undertakes not to use the website for fraudulent purposes, and not to carry out any act with the aim of damaging, rendering useless or overloading the website, or preventing, in any way, the normal use and operation of the same.

The user is informed that, in the event of non-compliance with the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy or any other terms or conditions contained in the website, Solunion reserves the right to limit, suspend or block access to the website, through any technical measures needed.

The user is informed and expressly consents by accepting this clause and continuing to browse the website to the processing of the data provided voluntarily in the same, as well as all data that may be provided to Solunion directly and those obtained by recording telephone conversations or as a result of browsing the Internet website or by any other means, on the  occasion of the management of your activity as a user of the Platform and the processing, monitoring and internal management of the contractual relationship, where appropriate, communications or transfers of data that may be made, all for the purposes detailed in the Privacy Policy.

Industrial and Intellectual Property

Except if the contrary is indicated, all the elements included on the website, such as the brand, the trade name, the logotypes, design, images, texts, etc., are the property of Solunion Seguros – or it has the necessary license to use them – and are protected by the Industrial and Intellectual Property laws, without access to the web page granting the users any kind of right to those elements.

This site uses cookies, small files that are generated in the user’s computer and that provide knowledge of information for merely statistical purposes, such as visit frequency, times of access, or the most selected content.

Solunion only collects anonymous information from visitors to the website that cannot be associated with a specific user and cannot be used to identify that user.

Complaints and Claims

Pursuant to the regulations established for the protection of users of financial services (Order ECO 734/2004 of 11 March), in the event of a dispute arising regarding the interpretation or execution of contracts signed by the Company, policyholders, insured, beneficiaries, injured third parties and associations, which are related to their legally recognised interests and rights and which derive from alleged breaches by the entities complained about of the regulations on transparency and customer protection or good practices in the insurance market may submit complaints and claims to the Customer Service Department of Solunion Seguros by letter (Apartado de Correos 2053 – 28080 Madrid) or by e-mail: (reclamaciones@solunion.com), in accordance with the Regulations.

Complaints may be submitted on paper or by computer, electronic or telematic means, in accordance with the terms of Law 59/2003, of 19 December, on electronic signature.

It is registered in the Mercantile Register of Madrid, Volume 6534, General 5540, Section 3, Folio 69, Page 55389, Entry 1, and has Tax ID number A/28761591. As an insurance company, it is authorised by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation to operate in the insurance branches of Credit and Surety and is subject to the supervision of the Directorate General of Insurance and Pension Funds in the exercise of its insurance activity, in whose Administrative Register of Insurance Companies it is registered under code C0571.

Audit and Compliance Committee

Solunion Seguros has an Audit and Compliance Committee with the functions established in the third Additional Provision of Law 22/2015, of 20 July, on Account Auditing, whose members are: Mr. Carlos Mas (Chairman), Ms. Véronique Bolland and Mr. Bosco Francoy Olagüe.

Structure of the Solunion Group
